Trading of TRIL/USD on XT.com at a new location

We would like to inform you that the trading pair TRIL/USDT has been temporarily hidden on the XT platform, i.e. moved to a new location.

The reason for this is that there is currently little movement in the Trillant Eco system and hardly any trading of TRIL/USDT on XT.com. This internal process at XT aims to reduce the attention of XT.com users and thus save resources and costs.

Please be assured that all existing assets will remain available on the XT.com broker. As soon as we receive a positive decision regarding the resumption of trading, we will of course reactivate the coin immediately and inform you without delay.

Current information on the price development of the Trillant Token (TRI)

The price of the Trillant Token (TRI) has fallen sharply in recent weeks, which has raised questions among many in the community. We would like to provide a brief explanation to avoid any misunderstandings.

Why has the TRI price fallen?

Over the past few days, enormous quantities of TRI tokens have been sold on the exchanges. This has triggered some speculation that the company itself is selling the tokens to deliberately lower the value of the TRI. However, we would like to clarify: This is not the case. Anyone who has been following the wallets on Etherscan will see that the company has not influenced the price.

The TRI token is a freely tradable token. This means that every transaction on the exchanges influences the price. When large quantities of tokens come onto the market, this inevitably has an impact on the price. Currently, interest in selling and utilizing the token appears to be higher, which is putting pressure on the price.

Market developments and the role of the company

It is important to understand that the price development of the TRI token is determined by the market – by supply and demand. The company itself has no direct influence on the price. However, we are observing that most Trillant supporters are currently taking a wait-and-see approach, while critics are more active. This dynamic is also reflected in the share price.

Despite the current challenges, the idea of the Trillant Ecosystem lives on. The company continues to work intensively in the background: the newsletter is published regularly, the back office is active and our support team is available to you as usual.

Procedure in the event of the death of a user: passing on a Trillant account

Today we would like to inform you about the current procedure that applies when a user passes away and how we deal with the Trillant account in this case. This information is intended to ensure that the process runs smoothly and transparently.

Procedure when a user dies:

1. notification of support: as soon as our support team is informed that a user has died, the account in question will be temporarily blocked. At the same time, the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification will be canceled.

2. submission of required documents: To continue the process, we need the following documents:

  • Death certificate of the late user
  • Certificate of inheritance
  • A declaration of renunciation if the heir does not wish to take over the account. 

This declaration must contain the following information:

  • The person to whom the account is to be transferred
  • Signature of the heir
  • Copy of the heir’s identity card

3. verification and unblocking of the account: After receipt and verification of the required documents by Support, the account will be unblocked.

4. modification of the account profile: The account can then be changed in the profile. The following options are available:

  • The account can be transferred to an existing account in the system if the heir already has an account.
  • The account can be transferred to another specific user as specified in the waiver.

We would like to note that the transfer of an account cannot be changed by a user themselves, this can only be done through support.
